All new clients are required to prepay the applicable fee for their first session by clicking the Prepayment button below. An appointment will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.​
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment date and time.
For appointments scheduled on a Monday, notice of cancellation must be received by 6:00 pm on the preceding Friday.
Where a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, only 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in no refund being issued.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these cancellation terms.
