Acupuncture is one of the world’s oldest therapies, now used alongside modern healthcare across the UK. NICE, which advises the NHS, recommends it as an option for some types of long-term pain and for helping to prevent migraine.
Treatment uses very fine, single-use needles, barely thicker than a hair. Most people feel only a light tingle, followed by a deep sense of calm. Many clients come for help with back pain or recurring headaches. Others simply value the time to rest and reset.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy using precise pressure on the feet, or sometimes the hands. Sessions take place in a comfortable reclining chair, giving you space to let go of the day.
Most people find reflexology deeply soothing. Many leave feeling calmer, lighter and more relaxed, and they return because it gives them a moment of real stillness in a busy week.
